We provide a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for our people to accomplish their health and fitness goals. Our Train Like A Trooper Boot Camp is a group fitness experience with a personal training touch. We modify every exercise to fit each member’s individual level.
Our 45 minute workout goes so fast that many of our members tell us it seems like twenty minutes! We pride ourselves on the fact that we have never repeated a workout. Ever. Each training session is focused on getting results for you. Try it and you’ll be hooked!
We go outside in the summer air from about May through September. We meet at Sunset Meadows Park in Arlington Heights. There is something special about feeling the warmth of the sun while you get fit. No other Boot Camp around is outside during the summer. Being outside offers us different ways to get fit in a natural setting.
SPECIAL OPS CLASS
If you like lifting weights, every Tuesday and Thursday morning (5:30A) we offer Special Ops class. This is an hour of strength and conditioning in the gym. It is a great way to start your day.
21-DAY TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMS
This is one of our most successful programs. Our transformations are totally different than the ones you can find on the internet (and a lot less $$$). You receive everything you need to succeed: 18 workouts with Me, Transformation Handbook, Nutritional Guidance, Food, Recipes, Detox Water recipes, Daily Motivational Emails and Texts, and the opportunity to change your body in a short amount of time. We typically do 1 or 2 each quarter. Stay tuned for the next one!
